I am looking for a metal furniture manufacturer, who is interested of manufacturing Custom made lounge chair (leisure chair). The chair can be patented. It has a unique shape and functional fetchers. The chair is, to some degree, adjustable; The back has 15 degrees of Adjustment, and the part that support the legs can varies 60 degrees. The chair can be used in living room, family room or, in a big bedroom. There is a prototype and detailed design.
The general shape of the chair reminds the chair of the dentist. A photo will be sent to whoever ready to maintain a confidentiality of the design. The chair is composed of 2 main elements: Metal frame and upholstery. The fame is made from 2 parts: Outer frame and inner frame. The outer frame is made from chrome plated seamless iron tube, Diameter 25mm The inner frame is made from painted iron seamless tube, Dia. 19mm(3/4") The upholstery can be made with different materials: Fabrics, PU, leather. The inner sponge is composed of 4 sections, 2 sections with soft sponge and 2 sections with medium hard sponge. Products: Bathroom accessories and shower enclosures and accessories.
