I'm the President of ICONN LLC, we work directly with solar manufacturers in China. We source various scrap silicon materials such as broken/scrap silicon wafers, tops & tails, ingots, pot scraps, granule and others. The following are the terms of requirements on silicon materials:
* Silicon purity >6N(99.9999%) or better
* P type -> Resistivity > 0.5ohm-cm
* N type -> Resistivity > 1.0ohm-cm
* IC/Semi grade materials are preferred
