Please note the additional required specifications:
- Long welded pipes, manufactured to EN 10255-04 (formerly as BS1387) medium series, steel S195T.
- Plain straight cut ends (without threading), black pipes.
- Hot stretch reduced.
- internal weld seam not removed.
- Externally slightly oiled for temporary transit protection.
100% Hyrotested and 100% Eddy current tested.
- All pipes to pass bending test of four directions from seam with bending radius 44mm for 1/2" bending radius 66mm for 3/4.
- The result shall show neither flattening nor split at the seam.
- pipe to be in hexagonal bundles of max 1.5 metric tones.
- Pipe to have standard mill marking.
- Customer shipment mark to be on bundle tags (minimum 2 tags per bundle)
- Length 6000/64000 mm + 100/-0 mm
- Quality certificate EN 10204/3.1.
